10:00 Warm up machine of choice
Work on mobility and stability
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
3 x 5 SLSLDL
Then:
10x Landmine Front Squat with OH Press
5x Pull Ups
X5 Rounds, Rest 1 minute in-between rounds
Then:
10x Skater Lunge side to side (if hard on knees try lateral hops both legs)
8x Push Ups (Bar, knees, or toes)
30 sec Side Plank (Add stability ball between ankles for challenge)
X4 Rounds, rest as needed
Then:
8x30sec hard/30sec slightly less on Machine of Choice
Cool down with mobility work
