Ripple Effect Moms’ Class
For the pre and post partum athlete
Covering: Pelvic floor and core strengthening, how to support strength and movement before and after childbirth, and how to manage hormonal changes especially relating to joints and connective tissue.
Wednesdays at 2pm / $25 per class
This class will help individuals gain and maintain strength and movement during pregnancy, as well as transition back into movement appropriately after pregnancy. We will focus on pelvic floor and deep core strength in addition to full body strength training, meeting you wherever you’re at in the process.
Moms are welcome to bring kiddos (young, non-walking) to class.
