10:00 Warm up machine of choice
Work on mobility and stability
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
2 x 30m Tactical Lunge
Then:
15m Heavy Sled push
10x Landmine Russian twist
X5 Rounds, rest 1 minute or so between rounds
Then:
10x Clanks- lower lift (per side) or 30 sec hold per side
10x Pullovers
10x Anchored Leg Lowers
10x Windshield Wipers
X4 Rounds, rest as needed for form
Then:
8x 30/30 Hard/Easy on Machine of Choice
Cool down with mobility work
