2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
3×5 SLDLDL
2×10 Squat Jumps
Then:
5x Split Squat (Per side)
5x Single arm single leg overhead press, per arm
X5 Rounds, rest 1-2 minutes between rounds
Then:
5x Box Jumps
8x Around the world with KB (Per side)
10x Headcutter – fast with a lighter weight, can use same weight as KB for ATW
X5 rounds, rest as needed for form
Then:
2000m ski/row for time
Cool down with mobility work
