10:00 Warm up ski erg/airdyne/row
Work on mobility
2 × 8 Shoulder openers
2 x 5 Cuban press
3 x 5 Wall squat
2 x 5 Squat Jumps
2 x 5 Tuck Jumps
Then –
Box Jumps 🙂
5x @ short
5x @ medium
5x @ tall
X 4 rounds, rest 60sec between rounds
** If Box Jumps are no-go, athlete can do KB swings or Ball Slams with 3 different weights – light/medium/heavy
Then –
12x Med Ball Sit Toss (or single arm weighted sit up switch at 6)
50x Mountain Climbers (count total leg movements)
60sec Wall Sit Hold – hold weighted med ball on lap
X 4, rest as needed to maintain form
Finish with:
5 to 1 ladder pull ups and push ups
Cool down with mobility
