2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
30m Tactical Lunge
2 x 5 Bent Over Row/or Cross Sym Row
Then:
5x SLSLDL (Stand on bosu or balance pad for challenge)
30-60 sec OH plate Hold (Add bosu ball for challenge)
X5 Rounds, rest as necessary
Then:
10—1 Ladder of:
Body Row
20 sec plank between each “Rung” of ladder
Then:
1000m Ski/row for time on machine of choice
Cool down with mobility work
