10:00 Warm up machine of choice
Work on mobility and stability
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
2 x 5 Half kneeling OH press, can try with KB bell up for more challenge
Then:
2x TGU (Per side)
30 sec clank hold per side
X6 Rounds, rest as necessary
Then:
10x Goblet Squat (Add bosu ball for challenge)
10x Landmine Russian Twist (Or kayaker if no go)
X4 Rounds, rest as needed for form
Then:
8x 20 sec Hard/10 sec easy on machine of choice
Cool down with mobility work
