Work on mobility and stability
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
2 x 5 SLSLDL
30 sec push press/30 sec hold x 2
Then:
5x Step up with knee drive (per side)
10x Plate halo or Bulgarian bag swing (per direction)
X5 Rounds, rest 1-2 minutes between rounds
Then:
5x Strict Push up
8x Box jumps
10x Kayaker (Per side)
X4 Rounds, rest as needed for form
Then:
4x250m ski/Row for time. 1:1 work/rest on machine of choice
Cool down with mobility work
