10:00 Warm up ski erg/airdyne/row
Work on mobility
2 × 8 Shoulder openers
2 x 5 Cuban press
3 x 5 Wall squat
2 x 5 per side KB Press and Stretch
2 x 5 per side Split Jumps
Then –
Warm up to BB/DB Push press or athletes can try a Jerk if they want to learn, with BB only.
Then –
5 x 5 Push Press or Jerk
Rest 60sec between sets
*During rest: work on mobility and technique
Then –
5x Body Rows – make this hard-ish
10x Deck Squats
10 cal sprint @ ski/row/airdyne
60sec rest
X 5
Finish with abpocalypse 😉
30sec sit up+ 30sec side plank + 30sec flutter kicks + 30sec other side plank + 30sec swimmers
X 2-4 rounds no rest
Cool down with mobility
