10:00 Warm up machine of choice
Work on mobility and stability
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
2 x 8 Good Morning
Then:
5x Heavy RDL (Barbell or KB)
5x KTE or 10x Feet to hands
60 sec rest
X5 Rounds,
Then:
8x Ball Slams
10x Push press
10x Windshield Wipers (Can lock weight over chest for challenge)
X4 rounds, rest as needed for form
Then:
6x150m ski/row for time. 1 minute rest between rounds
Cool down with mobility work
