Any additional mobility / stability on own
2 x 8 Shoulder Openers
2 x 5 Cuban Press
3 x 5 Wall Squats
2 x (30sec DB PP + 30sec OH Hold) – light weights, no rest
2 x 30sec sprint / 30sec easy @ machine of choice
Then –
“On the minute”**
150m Sprint Ski/Row
10x Sit Ups
10x Goblet Squat
10x Push Ups
10x Pull Ups
X 5 rounds
** athlete has 1 minute to complete each movement, remaining time in minute is rest.
Then –
30sec Ring Support
5x Windshield Wipers (or floor wipers) each side
30sec Flutter Kicks
X 3 rounds, rest as needed
Then –
Cool down + stretch
