Strength

10:00 Airdyne
3 x 5 wall squats
3 x 8 Goblet squats work on hip opening 40, 45, 50
3 x 5 cuban press
3 x 6 shoulder openers
Then:
Work up to 2 RM Front Squat
8 x 2 @ 2RM
In between sets of Front Squat do 5x KB Bosu Chest Press
Then:
50 Slosh Pipe Squats + 50 Atomic Sit Ups
