2×10 shoulder openers
5×5 single leg OTB

Then
Warm up to Bench Press, then
Bench Press + Burpee Ladder
10/1, 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5, 5/6, 4/7, 3/8, 2/9, 1/10
rest 5:00

Then
Ball Slam @ 20# + KB Step up @ 2 x 26# KB in Rack Position onto 20″ box
30 – 20 – 10 reps of each

Cool Down
