Shoulder openers 2×10
SOTS 3×5
OHS light 2×8
Push ups 2×10
Then:
OHS at 1/3 of 1RM + Ring Push Ups
30 + 20 + 10 of each
Then:
30 split jumps holding 2 @ 15/20#DB’s + 30 cal all out on Airdyne + 60 sec rest
5 Rounds
Then:
Cool Down 10,000m on Ski Erg
