Warm up to Clean @ 60% 1RM

Then:
10x Clean @ 60% 1RM +
2:00 minute Row (go hard) +
2:00 minute Rest

Then –
10x Deadlift @ 135# +
90 sec AirDyne +
1:00 minute Rest
three rounds

Then –
2:00 OH Hold Slosh pipe + 60 sec ring hold + 2:00 FLR
Then – if time
Carolyn’s Sadistic Squat ladder 1 – 10 hold at the bottom with one 20 – 30# KB held in both hands
