In Person Reserved Classes

Small Group Fitness Classes: 
Small group fitness classes at Ripple EffectClass size is limited to ten athletes in our small group fitness classes. Our current schedule is as follows, spaces must be reserved in advance and many classes fill quickly. Class fees are $25. Please allow 24hr notice for class cancellations. If you no show or short notice cancel other than if you are experiencing signs and symptoms of illness (or were exposed to someone who is sick), we will charge a $15 cancellation fee. Mondays 5:45am/7:00am/8:30am/10:00am/12:30pm/3:30pm/4:45pm
Tuesday 6:45am/8:30am/9:45am/12:30pm/3:15pm/4:45pm
Wednesday 5:45am/7:00am/8:30am/10:00am/
Thursday 6:45am/8:30am/9:45am/12:30pm/3:15pm/4:45pm
Friday 7:00am/8:30am/9:45am/11:00am/2pm Mom’s Class

Privates: are scheduled upon request. We can run privates with no other athlete in the gym if requested, however these times are limited.

We are overlapping some privates with small classes, however the total number in the gym will not exceed ten people.

We follow the science and understand that we can keep a healthy community by following a few simple protocols. We will continue with social distancing and hand sanitizing. Masks are optional. We have 2500 sq ft of space, a massive commercial garage door and a HVAC system that services only the RE space, truly a sanctuary for times like these.

In the Gym May 10th

10:00 warm up ski/row/bike
Work on mobility
2 × 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 × 5 wall squats
3 x 3 per side SLSLDL with single KB
Then:
Work up to a heavy DL heavy for 3 reps – BB, KB, or Hex Bar
Then:
6 x 3 Deadlift (touch and go)
Complete 6x heavy Pull Overs between sets of DL
Then:
8x Push Ups (can do on rings or bosu for extra challenge)
5x Box Jumps
30sec Ring Support Hold
x 5
Then, If time:
1000m for time on machine of choice
Cool Down
