Then:
5x per leg Weighted Step Up – Front Rack focus on posture
15m Heavy Bear Crawl
Rest 60sec
x5 (athletes can pair up and alternate step ups / bear crawl if class is large)
Then:
10-1 Ladder KB Swing + Push Press
(10/10, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6, 5/5, 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1)
Rest as needed, can increase weight on KB swings as reps decrease.
Then:
Cool Down

10x Med Ball Sit throw to partner or wall

15m Bear Crawl + 3x RMM same weight

Finish with 1000m effort machine of choice or 100 cal Airdyne.

Then
Warm up as necessary to Heavy Clean and Jerk
Then
5 x 5 Power Cleans @ 75/85lbs
5 x 5 Jerk or Push Jerk @ 75/85lbs
5 x 5 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 65/85lbs

Then
5 x 20 Step ups 18″ Box with high knee drive
1 min rest between sets, holding KB in FR/FC position 2 @ 13- 20lbs

Then
10- 1 push up ladder for time (alternate rungs with teammate)
