In The Gym May 30th

10:00 Warm up ski erg/airdyne/row
2 × 8 Shoulder openers
2 x 5 Cuban press
Work on mobility
3 x 5 Wall squat
2 x 10 Good Mornings
30m OH Walking Lunge – (15m forward and backward with each arm)
Then:
Warm up to Heavy Dead Lift
Then:
6 x 3 Dead Lift
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets
During rest, complete 5x Chest Press KBs/DBs on Bench or Bosu
Then:
10x Ball Slams
60 sec OH Plate Hold
5 Rounds, minimal rest
If time:
4 x 250m effort or 60 sec air dyne, 1:1 work/rest
Cool Down


In the Gym January 8th

Power

10:00 warm up + mobility work
2 x 8 shoulder openers
2 x 5 cuban press
3 x 5 wall squat
2 x 5 squat jump
2 x 5 tuck jump
Then:
10x Heavy Goblet Squat
10x Weighted Split Jump – 5 per leg
15m HEAVY Standing Sled pull
Rest as needed
6 rounds
Then:
30 sec sprint /1:00 rest – these are ALL OUT efforts, match pace for all efforts
x 8 rounds
Cool Down, mobility

10:00 row/ski/air dyne, do some 30-60 second hard efforts to get the lungs going

3 x 5 cuban press
3 x 5 wall squats
Then:
34 calorie sprint, machine of choice
3x laps bear crawl
4x laps rock carry
Then:
3x Clean (BB or KB)
4x Push press
Max rounds in 340 seconds
Then:
34 calories airdyne/ski/row
3x laps bear crawl
4x laps rock carry
Then:
3x BB Front squat
4x BB Jerk
Max rounds in 340 seconds
Then:
34 calories airdyne/ski/row
3x laps bear crawl
4x laps rock carry
Then:
3x Dead lift
4x Bent over row
Max rounds 340 seconds
Then:
Finish with 34 calories sprint (:
