Christina Sheehan

Carolyn has taught me one of the most profound lessons I have learned in life: never set limits for yourself. When I have explained to her that I cannot and will not, Carolyn teaches me that I can and that moreover I will. Carolyn makes pain worthwhile and has pushed me to do things I would have never seen myself doing before training with her. Not only has helped me physically gain strength, but has also strengthened my mind- a key ingredient for a long distance runner. Carolyn is the yoda of training; she has taught me the importance of having balanced muscle strength, power, and flexibility. I am very lucky to be able to work with (read sweat under the guidance of) Carolyn.
