10:00 warm up something
3×5 wall squats
3×5 cuban press
3×5 KB press bell up
2×10 shoulder openers
3×8 goblet squats

Then –
10x plank row +
10x KTE +
10x KB Swings (heavy)
x6 rounds, time?

Then –
10-1 pull up ladder
do 10x GUSU + 45# and 10x push ups between each rung of ladder
Rest as necessary
